Years ago, my husband and I packed up our lives in Broward County and moved north to Port St. Lucie. We built our home in PGA Verano and started fresh. We were excited, nervous, and full of questions.
Even with all my questions, there were so many things I didn’t realize I didn’t know. There was so much about the area I had yet to learn. I wasn’t familiar with the local communities or lifestyle. I kept finding myself in moments where I wished I had a relocation guide to Port St. Lucie.

I saw how many people were overwhelmed by the relocation process. It isn’t easy to build a home in a new city, figure out 55+ communities, or learn about the area. Buyers also need to remember they’re making more than a real estate transaction; this is a life-changing decision.
I built this website to be the calm, honest guide I wish I had when we were moving to PSL from Broward County. With my experience with relocation, I’m proud to be that guide for others.
